You can contribute to the community in several meaningful ways. By making yourself available to others, you offer your time, experience, and insights to support fellow members—sharing your expertise can make a significant impact. Similarly, engaging actively in discussions, events, and initiatives also helps you make the most of your membership while benefiting the broader community.


If you have a passion for leading a discussion group, hosting a live or virtual event, or contributing in a unique way not yet outlined, we’d love to explore your ideas with you. Your enthusiasm helps shape and enrich our community. And last, but not least, referrals of potential members or partnerships are also significant and welcomed contributions, as they help us grow and bring in fresh perspectives to strengthen our collective experience.

 Who is eligible to be a Lemonaid member?

At Lemonaid, our mission is to equip and elevate executives to grow boldly and lead effectively. We have designed our community to attract and retain both Executives of Fortune 1000 companies and the leaders of High-Velocity Growth Companies, unified by their ambition and desire to continue to learn and grow not only for their businesses
but for themselves. We aim to elevate and empower our members to develop the portable and transferable skills, competencies, and abilities of today’s leaders that transcend roles, industries, and organizational contexts.

 

First and foremost, it is this shared ideal of bold growth, continuous learning, and a commitment to leadership excellence that resonates with our members and forms the foundation of our community. Typically, our members
are Directors, VPs, C-level executives, and Founders who bear the responsibility of driving growth within their companies or individual departments.

Is the Lemonaid Community relevant to solopreneurs?

Yes, our community is relevant to solopreneurs, provided they align with our purpose and mission. We believe in growth and the power of one—a solopreneur today could be the CEO of tomorrow's most notable company. In fact, we have Founder Acceleration programs in our programming roadmap specifically designed to support
solopreneurs as they scale their ventures. Our community is about fostering bold growth, whether for established leaders or those building the foundation for their future success.

What are the à la carte options available to add to my membership?

We’re committed to continuously enhancing our offerings to ensure our members receive valuable, specialized support in their professional journeys. Currently, we offer a range of à la carte options tailored to our members' interests, with plans to expand these offerings over time to better meet members' evolving needs. Based on member interests and collaboration with specialized delivery partners, we periodically introduce new programs. Please refer to the Lemonaid Member Portal for current offerings.

Is there a cancellation policy for my membership?

Yes, you may cancel your membership by providing a 30-day written notice prior to your annual renewal date by emailing info@lemonaidglobal.com. In the event you provide notice with more than 30 days left in your term, your membership will still conclude at the end of the annual period. Please note that refunds are not provided for earlytermination.

How do I renew my membership?

If you wish to renew at the same membership tier, no action is required. At the anniversary of your term, you will be automatically charged using the card on file, unless you provide another form of payment. If you would like to renew at a different tier or add or modify ala carte services, please notify us at info@lemonaidglobal.com.

How do I report behavior that is either inappropriate or outside of the community norms and values?

If you encounter any interactions you believe are inappropriate or not aligned with our community norms and values, please share your experience with us at info@lemonaidglobal.com; All reports are treated confidentially, and we will take action to maintain a respectful and welcoming environment for all members.

Are recordings of web-based programming events available?

Yes, recordings of web-based programming events are available for members. These recorded events are made available and searchable in our gated member portal* We highly recommend attending programs live whenever possible, as this provides you with the opportunity to ask specific questions directly to the panelists and engage in real-time interaction with other members. Monthly member community sessions are not recorded.

 

To uphold our value of respecting confidentiality, certain sessions involving sensitive discussions will not be recorded or shared, as trust and privacy are paramount to fostering an open environment where members feel comfortable sharing their experiences.

What types of networking opportunities are available?

There are several networking opportunities available for Lemonaid members to foster connections and build relationships. For example, you can join our monthly Meet & Greet and Speed Networking sessions, designed to help you engage with other executives in a structured, efficient way. You’re also encouraged to reach out to those you meet through our web programming events to further build your network.

 

If there's a specific member you'd like to connect with, we’re happy to facilitate introductions. Additionally, linking your profile to the Lemonaid LinkedIn page provides another avenue for connecting with other members. Members may also search detailed profiles directly through the Lemonaid Member Portal, offering a convenient way to explore potential connections and grow your professional network.

How can I search for members based on industry or experience?

Lemonaid’s gated member portal allows members to search for members based on both professional and personal attributes, including industry, experience, interests, and skills. This search functionality provides a granular level of detail that mirrors the member attribute information collected during the onboarding process. By collecting data at this level of precision, we aim to equip members to connect with others as specifically as desired, whether for strategic collaboration or last-minute support.

Can I create or join interest-based groups?

Yes, over time we anticipate the evolution of interest-based groups within our community. These groups could focus on topics such as industry trends, leadership development, growth strategies, or personal passions like wellness and sustainability, among others. As we evolve over our first year, we aim to understand the interests of our members better so we can form and deliver on this objective effectively.
